Brakemen does not rely on a single fundraising formula. Some experiences are long-standing annual traditions. Some are new ideas we build from the ground up. Others are unique partnerships created for a specific moment. What connects them is simple: bring good people together, create something memorable and use that energy to make a difference.
Calgary Stampede Experience
Ten nights in the heart of Calgary.
Brakemen's annual chuckwagon partnership creates a distinctive way for companies to host clients, reward teams and connect their brand with the energy of the Calgary Stampede while supporting the Foundation.
This experience stands on its own as a major Brakemen partnership platform and is available annually by inquiry.

These are Brakemen-created experiences with their own identity, personality and growing history. Each is designed to stand on its own while supporting the broader work of the Foundation and, where appropriate, Zero Hungry Kids.

Not every great idea needs to become an annual tradition.
Brakemen also has room for one-off fundraisers, collaborations and new concepts. A poker night, private corporate experience or unexpected partnership can still create meaningful impact without becoming part of the Foundation's permanent signature-event lineup.
That flexibility is part of what makes Brakemen different: we can try good ideas, build with the right partners and let the experience fit the opportunity.

When a Brakemen event is ticketed, the purchase link will take you directly to that event's Zeffy page. Zeffy is the ticketing platform we use for public event sales.
Events without a live Zeffy campaign will remain visible so you can plan ahead, but the call to action will simply read Tickets On Sale Soon until the official ticket page is ready.
