Honky Tonk Olympics
Eight western-inspired, semi-athletic team events. One iconic honky-tonk. A whole lot of Brakemen personality.
About the Event
A western showdown that takes fun seriously.
Honky Tonk Olympics is Brakemen at its most playful: a team-based fundraiser built around western-inspired challenges, friendly competition and a Stampede atmosphere that never takes itself too seriously.
Eight semi-athletic team events turn the room into the competition. Teams rope, ride, balance, carry and improvise their way through challenges designed as much for laughs as bragging rights. Live music keeps the night going after the final event.
The 2027 event marks the 3rd Annual Honky Tonk Olympics, continuing a Brakemen original that has quickly developed its own traditions, stories and returning teams.

A Brakemen Original
A Brakemen original.
Honky Tonk Olympics is entirely a Brakemen creation. After two successful years, the event returns for its 3rd Annual edition with the same formula that made it a hit: teams, western-inspired challenges, friendly competition and a crowd that is there to have fun.
Created by Brakemen, the event has developed its own personality, traditions and growing history.
The Experience
Come for the event. Leave part of the story.
The best part of Honky Tonk Olympics is that nobody simply watches from the sidelines. Teams compete, friends cheer them on and every challenge adds another story to the day. It is competitive enough to matter and ridiculous enough to remember.
